  Versatile, all-around performance perfect for cutting and chopping meat and vegetables. It shares similar qualities to a chef’s knife but is smaller to allow for greater precision on smaller ingredients.
• CROMOVA 18 Steel
  Created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel.
• Balanced Features
  Based on Samurai tradition each Global knife has a hollow weighted handle to provide the right balance during use to provide excellent control.
• Hygienic Design
  Seamlessly designed with smooth contours help to eliminate food and dirt traps, Global kitchen knives are handwash only.
