Returns Policy
At Potters Cook Shop Independent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item, you may return it in line with the following policy.
Returns Period
You may return most items within 28 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to, sale items, personalised products, and pierced earrings.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, including original delivery charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.
