Part of the award-winning G-Series, the blade of the knife has been created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is sharpened to a 15-degree angle proving unmatched performance.   Suitable for cutting down large cuts of meat whilst being able to get through tough bone and gristle. Favoured by butchers and hunters.
• CROMOVA 18 Steel
  Created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel.
• Balanced Features
  Based on Samurai tradition each Global knife has a hollow weighted handle to provide the right balance during use to provide excellent control.
• Hygienic Design
  Seamlessly designed with smooth contours help to eliminate food and dirt traps, Global kitchen knives are handwash only.
• G-Series Knife Range
  Comprises a selection of award-winning high-quality kitchen knives including vegetable choppers, Santoku knives, filleters, bread and slicing knives.
